James Young

James Young has been in the mortgage industry for the past 8 years.  James grew up on Staten Island and has been an active member of the Builder’s Industry Association for the last 6 years.  He is the Vice President of Associate Affairs for the organization, a position he has held for 3 years.

James is a member of the Staten Island Board of Realtors and served as the chair of associate members 2009.

His business approach is to provide extraordinary service to clients with packages that fit their financial goals.  He enjoys being part of the process where people are not only purchasing a house, but they are creating their home.

James also leads adult education programs focused on leadership and producing high performance results.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.  He resides on Staten Island with his wife and daughter.  He recently joined S.I. Mortgage Group in January 2011 and is excited to be offering big bank products in a family atmosphere.
